CLOUT SYNDICATE Lead Alerts is an operational SMS notification program operated by A1 CREATIVES LLC (dba CLOUT SYNDICATE). Enrolled business owners and staff receive text message alerts when a sales lead submitted through their business website has not been responded to within a set time window (for example, 45 minutes), so they can follow up promptly. This program does not send marketing or promotional content.
You enroll by providing your mobile number and requesting SMS lead alerts in your written service agreement with CLOUT SYNDICATE during onboarding. By enrolling, you consent to receive automated operational text messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies with your business's lead activity. A typical enrolled user receives a few messages per week.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. CLOUT SYNDICATE does not charge for receiving alerts.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and you will receive no further messages unless you re-enroll. You may also opt out by emailing thecloutsyndicate@gmail.com.

Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
